COSMOS
This heading is not a link, but could be if you wanted it to be one.Your text goes here instead of my blurb about flowers, which is here just to show you what the page looks like with some text. Cosmos is a very pretty flower. It is an annual which flowers all summer long. It grows to about 3 feet high and will seed itself for next year if you leave a few flower heads to go to seed in the autumn.
SUNFLOWERS
Your text goes here instead of my blurb about flowers. Sunflowers can be huge, about eight feet tall, or not so huge, depending on the variety. I have always imagined them to be about eight feet tall. Then I discovered there is more than one variety and some are smaller, about three or four feet tall. When the fall comes, they go to seed and your can collect the seeds, roast them and eat them, provided that the birds don't eat them first!
CRYSANTHEMUMS
Your text goes here instead of my blurb about flowers. This is sample text all about crysanthemums. These are very pretty flowers. The earwigs love to hide amongst the petals. You should shake them upside-down outside before you bring them into your house so you don't get bugs everywhere.
PRIMROSES
Your text goes here instead of my blurb about flowers. Primroses these primroses grow wild in the woods of England. They bloom in March each year and the ground under the trees turns yellow. The latin name is primula vulgaris. They are self-seeding, but if you grow cultivated polyanthers near them, they will more than likely cross to produce some sort of hybrid.
SALAL
Your text goes here instead of my blurb about flowers. This is a small shrub which grows wild in the forests of coastal British Columbia in Canada. They produce small pink insignificant flowers in the spring, followed by tart, edible berries. You can make salal-apple jelly which is quite nice.
